Ms. Tan Ai Nin graduated from Northumbria University in 2003. She was admitted to the Bar of England in 2004 as a Barrister-at-Law of Lincoln’s Inn. Ms. Tan joined Messrs. Cheah Teh & Su as a pupil in chambers in October 2004. She was then admitted to the Malaysian Bar in July 2005. Her experience in corporate and conveyancing commenced with Messrs. Teh & Lee in September 2005 and continued with Messrs Chooi & Co. In March 2010, Ms. Tan joined Messrs Abraham Ooi & Partners, where she gained extensive experience in banking and conveyancing, particularly in handling retail and commercial loan documentation for major financial institutions such as Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank.
Driven by her vision to establish a client-centric and results-driven legal practice, Ms. Tan founded Messrs. Ai Nin Tan & Partners in February 2016. As the firm's managing partner, she plays a pivotal role in leading and shaping its growth, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services with a strong emphasis on efficiency and precision. With a wealth of experience in sub-sale transactions and banking documentation, particularly in corporate and commercial loans, she has cultivated a reputation for excellence in the conveyancing sector. Under her leadership, the firm has built long-standing relationships with property investors, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders, reinforcing its position as a trusted legal partner in real estate and banking transactions.
NURUL FARA NADIANA BINTI AKHSAN

Ms. Nurul Fara Nadiana Binti Akhsan graduated with LLB (Hons) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She completed her pupillage at Messrs. Ghazi & Lim and was thereafter admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in April 2017. Since then, she has gained extensive experience in conveyancing and banking when she first joined Messrs. SC Tan & Loo, followed by Messrs. Abdul Malik & Lawrence Tan and Messrs. Sofian Syed Ahmad & Co.
In addition to handling sub-sale, Ms. Fara is experienced in managing developer projects for Berjaya Corporation Berhad, Tropicana Corporation Berhad, Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd and Sime Darby Property Berhad, along with loan documentation from various financial institutions in Malaysia, such as Lembaga Perumahan Sektor Awam (LPPSA), Malayan Banking Berhad, Maybank Islamic Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad, Public Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad and Standard Chartered Bank Berhad.
Since joining Messrs. Ai Nin Tan & Partners in September 2022 as a Partner, she has been handling commercial loan matters for Public Bank, Public Islamic Bank, CIMB Bank and CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad as well as managing SSM discharge matters for these institutions.
Ms. Fara is also proficient in managing a variety of legal matters such as the discharge of charges, deeds of receipt and reassignment, and the perfection of transfer and charges for her clients.
LIM YEW YI

Mr. Lim Yew Yi graduated from the University of Malaya in 2016. He completed his pupillage at Messrs. Ganendrah, Hari & Logan and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 2017.
Thereafter, he joined Messrs. Kerk & Partners, where he actively engaged in commercial law and commercial litigation under the mentorship of Mr. Kerk Boon Leng. His areas of focus included franchise disputes, licensing disputes, shareholder disputes, joint venture disputes, and disputes with the monopoly electricity supplier.
He joined Messrs Ai Nin Tan & Partners in September 2024. Currently, he handles commercial dealings and disputes, energy disputes, employment disputes, personal injury claims, and tort and fraud-related claims.
WONG ZI YI

Ms. Wong Zi Yi holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of London and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 8th November 2024 after completing her pupillage at Messrs Ai Nin Tan & Partners.
Specializing in conveyancing, she has developed extensive experience in sub-sale transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of residential and commercial properties. She is also well-versed in loan documentation, having handled financing matters for leading financial institutions such as Public Bank Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad, and UOB Malaysia. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency, Ms. Wong ensures seamless and precise execution of property transactions for both corporate and individual clients.
OOI YI JIE

Ms. Ooi Yi Jie obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Multimedia University in 2023 and completed her pupillage under the mentorship of Ms. Tan Ai Nin. She was subsequently admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 27th December 2024.
Her primary area of practice is conveyancing, where she handles a wide range of real estate transactions, including the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties, as well as loan documentation for both corporate and individual clients. She is experienced in facilitating transactions with various financial institutions and is committed to delivering efficient and precise legal solutions in property dealings.
